Cooking with Alex
I am a 21 year old man. Allegedly, I am not supposed to know how to actually cook. However, I am Italian, so I need to know how to cook. From time to time, I will upload what I cook for the world to see. You can judge, I don't mind. I try to find ways to make something good, and usually? I do ok. Don't worry, I do make other food, this is just what I think is anywhere near worth sharing to the world.
Lake Erie Caught Fish

Went fishing with my Grandparents a week prior, and caught some pretty big fish. I got it cleaned up, and froze for a week as I went out of town. I didn't know what I was doing, but it was alright. 5/10 would cook in the oven again with better prep.
How not to cook a steak

I got bored one night hanging with Luke and Josh, and decided I needed to cook a steak at 10:30 at night. I did the famous "high and fast" method, making it really rare but really good. Luke and Josh liked it a lot, so I guess it was alright. 8/10.
Bulk pasta

I decided to make a good lot of pasta to last me about a week. Made with Bowtie pasta, ground beef, red sauce, mushrooms, olives, and mozzarella cheese, it was actually pretty solid. I tend to make it from time to time, as a "slop" meal, something I don't have to worry about presenting, only eating. 9/10
Chicken and Pasta

One night I realized I had an extra box of Pasta Roni Garlic and Butter noodles lying around. I decided to go ahead and make something with it. I went to Meijer's and got some marinated chicken to cook with it. I thought It ABSOLUTELTLY slapped for how easy it was for me. It was a good meal, and I have seriously considered making it again, but for more than just myself. 9/10
Tyson Chicken and Linguini

After taking a hiatus on cooking for January (was busy with school) I decided to sit down and make myself some chicken and noodles. This time, I cooked the Linguini myself, with nice bronze cut noodles and some alfredo sauce. The Crime? The chicken was frozen Tyson Chicken. This got reactions from my friends, but it was good. will make again soon. 8.5/10
